Sydney Sweeney is starting summer off on a hot note – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Euphoria and Immaculate star shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit. "You, me, tank, and @jimmychoo … looks like the start of a perfect summer," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Stunning 😍😍" commented one of her followers. "ICONIC," added another. How does the actress maintain her amazing figure? Here are 10 secrets behind Sydney Sweeney's stunning beach body.

Sydney loves outdoor activities. "I grew up on the water, always running around in a bikini. If I wasn't swimming in the lake or the ocean, I was skiing or attempting to surf," she told Elle. You can often find her water skiing with her family.

Sydney, who grew up in Idaho, took advantage of the skiing. "It's a different way of life out there," she says. "It's very simple. Family is everything. I was in every single sport possible." She was even on the snow slalom ski team, she told The Independent. She continues to blast calories via skiing in adulthood.

You won't find Sydney drinking her calories. "I don't drink," she says. "I just identify as just a water person… I never really think about alcohol, to be honest," she told Women's Health. While she's not "strictly sober," alcohol just is not really "something that excites" her.

Sydney loves to fight for her body. She is actually an MMA fighter. "I'm trained in mixed martial arts," she told Marie Claire. "I started when I was 14 and did my first competition at 18. It was a grappling competition against all guys a weight category above me, and I got first place. Those guys were probably saying, 'Oh, we didn't want to hurt her,' but they were definitely trying. Everyone broke a sweat!"

Sydney prioritizes hydration. "I have never even tried coffee. I only drink water — for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it's my thing," she told Bustle.

Sydney fuels up with carbs in the morning. "I love a good bowl of berries and some eggs and a bagel," she tells Women's Health. Chicken Caesar salad or a cheeseburger—"something hearty," is an average lunch. As for dinner, "depends on where I am," she said. "I love Italian… Italian's usually my go-to for dinner."

"I'll try and eat healthy. I love a good salad. I love chicken, but I cannot refuse a good dessert," Sydney told Women's Health. "I love my sugar. I love my candy. I love my cookies and ice cream," she explains. She also loves a pizookie, a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream on top. "It's my thing," she said.

Sydney tries to look at food as fuel. "It's important to eat," she said. "I mean, I definitely one day will probably start eating healthier, but I work out and I'm so active, so I'm able to balance that out. But I love food and it makes me happy."

Sydney also loves to hike. "Monday hikes and tree climbing adventures," she captioned a post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Sydney is all about self-love. "Flaunt what you got. Own it. Love them," she says. "When I was in high school, I used to feel uncomfortable about how big my boobs were and I used to say that when I turned 18, I was going to get a boob job to make them smaller. And my mom told me, 'Don't do it. You'll regret it in college.' And I'm so glad I didn't. I like them. They're my best friends. Everybody's body is beautiful. When you are confident and you're happy within is when it really shows to other people," she told Glamour UK. "I went through that process of covering my body up at such a young age, but once I became more confident with myself, [it changed]. I want to show girls that it's amazing and beautiful and empowering to have the bodies that we have."
