Lucas Neff is an American actor. He is known for his roles on the series Raising Hope, Second Act, and Monsters at Work.
Lucas is the son of director and playwright Meade Palidofsky and lawyer and novelist Alan Neff.
Lucas’ paternal grandfather was Walter S. Neff (the son of Joseph Neff and Hetty Krasus/Krasne). Walter was born in Pennsylvania, to Russian Jewish parents.
Lucas’ paternal grandmother was Mary Himoff/Herinoff (the daughter of Avram “Abraham” Chaimovich Himoff/Herinoff and Olga Guda Bayanovna Rabinova). Mary was a Russian Jewish immigrant. Avram was born in Kilia, Odessa, Russia, now Ukraine. Olga was from Yekaterinoslav, now Dnipro, Ukraine.
