Shania was born on June 27 1998 in the city of Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. She went to Tunas Harpan Middle School and the popular Indonesian-Japanese group JKT48 academy for her elementary and higher education. Shania was the youngest member to join JKT48 and has also completed her graduation from here.
Along with graduation from JKT48 Shania has completed her degree in communication studies from the Bina Nusantara University of Jakarta.

Shania Junianatha Career

Shania started her career as a model and actor working in opera theatres. She also worked in different advertisement commercials and she got her first opportunity of a TV commercial for Yakult probiotic drink.

Before entering the JKT48 Shania had a small vocal group of three people which she named “Three Sano”

She got her first singing opportunity after passing the audition of JKT48 in 2011. She appeared in the music program of JKT48 and sang the song heavy rotation. She was selected as a team member of Team J of JKT48 and remained with them from 2011 – 2019. She was also working as a guitarist and vocalist for JKT48 from 2015 – 2019. She gain the limelight and became the captain of Team J. During her journey she shared her video of Team J on Google plus formerly known as Google’s famous platform.
